Event tracing controllers will call EnableTrace passing in the provider level for an event tracing session. The level gets communicated to the provider which is retrieved by calling GetTraceEnableLevel. [C++]

The tracer level is the detail level of the events produced by the provider. A provider can define its detail level from 0 to 255 and the interpretation of this value is user defined.
